Identity Verification Issues

If Stripe can't verify your identity, your payout request will not be processed. Follow these steps to resolve common identity verification issues:

How to Fix Verification Issues:

  • Restart your Stripe onboarding by tapping "Finish Onboarding".
  • Update all required personal details (name, DOB, address).
  • Ensure you use a valid, government-issued ID.
  • Submit your details and wait for Stripe to process your request.

Important Notes

  • Make sure all information matches your legal records.
  • Wait at least 24 hours for verification updates.
  • If issues persist, contact Stripe Support.
