Having issues with identity verification? Follow these steps to resolve common problems.

Identity Verification Issues

If Stripe can't successfully verify your identity, your application won't be approved and you will have to update your personal information. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Restart Onboarding

Tap "Finish Onboarding" to begin the verification process again.

2. Update Information

Update the necessary personal information, ensuring all details are accurate.

3. Submit Updates

Tap "Confirm and Submit" to send your updated information for verification.

4. Wait for Confirmation

You will be redirected to the Meazy website confirming your application once again. Tap "Done" to return to the Meazy App Payouts page.

Please Note

Please allow a few minutes for Meazy App to receive your Stripe Connect Account information and ID. Once Meazy App receives that information, you will be able to request a payout by following the steps outlined in our How to Request a Payout article.
