Identity Verification Issues
If Stripe can't verify your identity, your payout request will not be processed. Follow these steps to resolve common identity verification issues:
How to Fix Verification Issues:
- Restart your Stripe onboarding by tapping "Finish Onboarding".
- Update all required personal details (name, DOB, address).
- Ensure you use a valid, government-issued ID.
- Submit your details and wait for Stripe to process your request.
Important Notes
- Make sure all information matches your legal records.
- Wait at least 24 hours for verification updates.
- If issues persist, contact Stripe Support.
